Letizia Lala is a Professor (MER 1) in the Italian Section of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lausanne, holding this position since 2021. She completed her university education in Geneva and pursued doctoral studies in linguistics at Lausanne and Basel. Since 2014, she has been actively involved in teaching and research in Italian linguistics. Her expertise focuses on writing, textual analysis, linguistic variation, and contemporary Italian language evolution.
