Leslie Kennedy

Leslie Kennedy is a University Professor at Rutgers University's School of Criminal Justice with extensive expertise in risk assessment methodologies. He served as Dean from 1998-2007 and developed Risk Terrain Modeling (RTM), a framework adopted globally for crime prediction and resource allocation. His research examines spatial intelligence applications in policing through collaborations like the Newark Public Safety Collaborative.
