Kim Lersch is a full Professor of Criminology at the University of South Florida School of Information, where she integrates Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with criminological research. Her work applies Risk Terrain Modeling and spatiotemporal analysis to study behavioral health issues (suicides, opiate overdoses), crime patterns, and police accountability.
