Leslie Johnson is an Associate Professor of Law at Widener University's Delaware campus. She holds a B.S. from Northeastern Illinois University (1970), an M.A. from Northern Illinois University (1974), and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law (1992). Prior to her academic career, she practiced as a paralegal with Johnson & Johnson in Pennsylvania.
Her teaching focuses on Property Law, Wills and Trusts, and Trust Planning. She has served in adjunct roles at Delaware County Community College and Widener University, and previously held a Visiting Assistant Professor position (1995–97). Johnson is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and has led initiatives in student life, including Director of Student Life at the Delaware Campus (2002–2003).
Recognized for her teaching excellence, she received the Outstanding Faculty Member Award six times. She is active in professional and civic organizations, including roles in West Whiteland Township governance and Chester County Children and Youth Services. Johnson advocates for international student exchange programs, hosting students from France and Switzerland through the American Field Service.
