Dr. Leon Terrill is a Professor and Director of Online Programs in the Faculty of Law & Justice at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He specialises in Indigenous land rights, native title, property law, and economic development on Indigenous land. His work bridges legal theory, policy, and practice, focusing on tenure reform, remote housing, and self-determination.
Education: BA, LLB (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and a PhD from UNSW. Research interests include Aboriginal land reform, township leasing, and the intersection of property law with Indigenous communities. He teaches Land Law, Native Title Law, and Pacific Island Laws.
