Leo Tang is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting department at Lehigh University. His research focuses on financial accounting, particularly the intersection of credit ratings, regulatory reforms, and bond market behavior. With prior experience at Moody’s and MBIA, his work examines how rating agencies and municipal finance interact with policy changes and market dynamics.
