McKay Price is a Professor and current Chair of the Perella Department of Finance at Lehigh University. He holds the Webster A. Collins and Murray H. Goodman Chair in Real Estate Finance and serves as Director of the Goodman Center for Real Estate. His work bridges academic research with practical applications in real estate and financial markets.
