Lenora P. Ledwon serves as Professor of Law at St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida, where she teaches Law & Literature, Legal Storytelling and Persuasion, Contracts, and Evidence courses within the Faculty Suite (209).
Her academic credentials include a B.A. magna cum laude and M.A. from Oakland University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. in English from the University of Notre Dame (awarded with highest honors).
Professor Ledwon's research pioneers interdisciplinary connections between legal theory and narrative frameworks. Her seminal book Law and Literature: Text and Theory analyzes how storytelling shapes legal interpretation, while her co-edited casebook Law and Popular Culture explores jurisprudence through media and cultural artifacts.
