Tracy Higgins is a Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, specializing in Human Rights, Feminist Jurisprudence, and Constitutional Law. She is the Co-Director of the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice and has held positions at Georgetown University Law Center, including Adjunct Professor (Spring 1992) and Women's Law and Public Policy Fellow (1991-92).
