Lennart Hilbert

Lennart Hilbert is a Research Fellow at the Center for Systems Biology Dresden, where he has been affiliated since 2014. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics (University of Bremen, 2005–2008) and a Ph.D. in Physiology (McGill University, 2010–2014) with a dissertation titled "Reverse Engineering Smooth Muscle Molecular Mechanics."

Research Interests: His work spans Physiology, Computational Biology, Biophysics, and Systems Biology, focusing on molecular mechanics in smooth muscle through quantitative modeling and analysis.

Scientific Recognition:

• Awarded the ELBE Postdoctoral fellowship for his contributions to interdisciplinary life science research.
