Hannes Leitgeb is the Chair of Logic and Philosophy of Language and an Alexander von Humboldt Professor at Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich, where he also founded and directs the Munich Center for Mathematical Philosophy. His research spans logic, epistemology, philosophy of science, and philosophy of mathematics, with a focus on formal models of belief, Bayesianism, and Carnapian foundations.
