Leigh S. Raymond is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Political Science at Purdue University. His research focuses on environmental policy, particularly market-based approaches and the role of social norms in policy development. He holds affiliations with the Purdue Policy Research Institute, Purdue Climate Change Research Center, and Purdue Center for the Environment.
