Leena Grover

Leena Grover is an Associate Professor of International Law at Tilburg University, affiliated with the Tilburg Law School's Public Law & Governance department. Her research focuses on peace and security law, including international criminal law, use of force, human rights, and post-conflict constitution-building. She holds a habilitation in law from the University of Zurich and a doctorate from the University of Cologne. Grover has held legal roles at the International Criminal Court, UN bodies, and Canadian courts, and currently advises on the crime of aggression and transitional justice.
