Leemore S. Dafny is a dual Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and Bruce V. Rauner Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. Her expertise spans healthcare economics, antitrust policy, and strategic healthcare market analysis. She holds affiliations with the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government and the Taubman Center for State and Local Government. Dafny’s research focuses on competition dynamics in healthcare markets, pharmaceutical pricing, and consolidation impacts. She has provided antitrust testimony to Congress, advised governmental and corporate entities, and served on editorial boards of leading journals like NEJM Catalyst.
Education: PhD in Economics from MIT (2001), BS summa cum laude from Harvard College. Prior to academia, she worked at McKinsey & Company.
