Matthew Chesnes is an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Georgetown University and Deputy Assistant Director in the Bureau of Economics at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Maryland and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. His research focuses on industrial organization, antitrust issues, pharmaceutical advertising, and energy economics.
