Lee W. Lee is a full Professor in the Management and Organizations Department of the School of Business at Central Connecticut State University, where he previously served as Department Chair. He has held academic positions at SUNY-Buffalo, Canisius College, and Pennsylvania State University prior to joining CCSU.
Dr. Lee earned his M.B.A. and Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo's School of Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management, with a minor in behavioral statistics through the counseling psychology program.
His research centers on Technology Management, Leadership, and Cross-Cultural Comparative Studies, exemplified by his dissertation "Cognitive Concept of Technology and Social Power: Structuring Decisions in an Organization". He publishes in journals including Personnel and Human Resource Management, Knowledge Leadership, and the International Journal of Strategic Management.
Dr. Lee's scholarly recognition includes:

- Best Paper Award at Association of Employment Practices and Principles conference
With prior industry experience as a money/fund manager and international trade credit analyst in banking, he teaches Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, and Research Methods at undergraduate and graduate levels while lecturing on leadership to professionals and educators.
