Lee Crofts is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Human Resources and Leadership at the University of Wolverhampton Business School. With a PhD from Keele University and postgraduate teaching qualifications, his career spans academia and corporate consultancy. He currently serves as Transnational Education Manager (Middle East Portfolio) and engages with education partners in Dubai, Oman, Cyprus, and Prague.
