Lebert Didier is a Professor at ENSTA Paris (since 2014) and holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. As Deputy Director of the Applied Economics Unit—one of ENSTA Paris's six laboratories—he oversees research in economic networks and innovation. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief for the journals Économie Appliquée and Technologie & Innovation, and co-founded the spin-off GraphMyTech in 2020. His academic affiliations extend to teaching graph theory applications in Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne's Master 2 program.
Research Focus
His work integrates mathematical graph theory with economics and technology studies:
- Economic Dominance: Modeling inter-industrial relations and international trade via graph-based network analysis.
- Technological Innovation: Using patent data to construct multigraphs that reveal R&D patterns, cognitive specialization trends, and innovation forecasting.
Teaching & Leadership
At ENSTA Paris, he directs entrepreneurship training programs:
- Business Creation curriculum (3rd year)
- Entrepreneurship & Intrapreneurship profile (3rd year)
Additionally, he holds editorial leadership in two journals and co-founded GraphMyTech, applying lab research to commercial technology mapping.
