Richard LE GOFF is a Professor at ENSTA Paris and Director of the Unité d'Économie Appliquée (UEA). He holds leadership roles including Director of the Master COSI and Co-Director of the Master d’Économie Internationale et Environnement. His research focuses on the intersection of TERRITORIES, INDUSTRIES, INNOVATIONS, and NETWORKS, leveraging international and industrial economics to analyze firm strategies, public policies, and dual-use innovations. He contributes to collective research at the i3-CRG (Ecole Polytechnique-CNRS) and teaches at ENSTA Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, and Sorbonne School of Economics.
