Learon John Bird is a Pro Tem Instructor at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he teaches Negotiations and Business Associations on the Portland campus. Prior to his academic role, he practiced law in Wilmington, Delaware, focusing on litigation related to finance, corporate formation, mergers & acquisitions, bankruptcy, and employment law.
