Leanne Galvan

Leanne Galvan, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is an adjunct faculty member at Clarkson College since 2020. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Nebraska Methodist College and bachelor’s degrees in recreation, leisure studies, and nursing. Currently practicing as a Nurse Practitioner at an independently owned Omaha clinic, her research focuses on reducing barriers to early mobility in mechanically ventilated patients. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Dr. Galvan’s research interests emphasize improving patient outcomes through mobility interventions and addressing healthcare access challenges.
