Leanne Alworth is a Professor and Director of the Office of Animal Care and Use in the Department of Population Health at the University of Georgia's College of Veterinary Medicine. She holds a BS from Newcomb College (1991), DVM from Louisiana State University (1995), and MS in Veterinary Pathobiology from the University of Missouri (1999). Board-certified by the American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine (2003), her expertise spans laboratory animal behavior, environmental enrichment strategies, bioethics, and regulatory compliance.
