Leandro F. Pereira is an Associate Professor (with Habilitation) at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, affiliated with the Marketing, Operations and General Management Department. He concurrently serves as CEO and Founder of WINNING Consulting, a firm with 300+ employees specializing in management and technology consultancy. His academic qualifications include a PhD in Management from the University of Salamanca (2003–2006), a Master’s in Management (Habilitation, ISCTE, 2021), and a Bachelor’s in Management Informatics from the University of Minho (1997–2002).
His research focuses on Business Strategy, Project Management, Complex Problem Solving, and Benefits Realization Management. He has published over 200 indexed articles and 10 books, with a strong emphasis on practical applications in management and technology. Leandro is the Director of the Executive Master’s in Program and Project Management and the Postgraduate Diploma in Agile Project Management at ISCTE Executive Education.
