Carlos Jerónimo is a computer & telematics engineer (University of Aveiro) with a PhD in Business Administration from ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, currently faculty at Iscte Business School / ISCTE Executive Education. A founding partner of Winning Scientific Management, he combines academic teaching with strategic consultancy for banking, insurance, health, telco and public sectors, specialising in project, programme and benefits management aligned with PMI®, ITIL and balanced-scorecard frameworks.
