Dr. LeAndrian Wright is a multifaceted academic and corporate professional with over a decade of experience in business analytics, project management, and diversity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at both Amberton University (Business Management curriculum) and Concordia University Texas (Leadership Studies curriculum), he integrates DEI and mental health awareness into his teaching through peer-engaging projects and high-impact assessments. His corporate expertise spans risk management, change management, and business consulting, with a focus on team-building and organizational problem-solving.

His research interests center on Diversity & Inclusion, Mental Health Awareness, and Online Mental Health Services for College Students.
