Lauren Horn serves as a Teaching Fellow in Dance at Smith College. A Connecticut native, she holds dual degrees in Psychology and Theatre and Dance from Amherst College. Her movement and text-based artistic practice investigates identity dynamics through performance, creating spaces for vulnerability and dialogue between performers and audiences.

Horn's research critically examines how identity is uncovered, marginalized, highlighted, and erased through interdisciplinary performance. Her work bridges dance, theatre, and psychological frameworks to foster self-reflection and social conversation. Choreographic presentations have occurred at prominent venues including BAM Fisher Theatre, Judson Church, Boston Institute of Contemporary Art, and Meydenbauer Center Theatre.
