Dr. Lauren Ferro is a Lecturer in Digital Design (UX/UI) at the School of Design, RMIT University. Her research focuses on Human-Centred Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, Extended Reality (XR), and Cybersecurity Human Factors. She employs interdisciplinary methods blending psychology, technology, and interaction science to enhance system usability and security.
