Lauren Booker

Lauren Booker (Garigal) is a Research Fellow at the Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education & Research at the University of Technology Sydney. Her work focuses on Indigenous archives, data stewardship, and community-led collection care. She holds a PhD in Communications (2024), a Master of Museum and Heritage Studies (2015), and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (2010).

Grants include leadership in projects like the Mukurtu Hub & Spokes Model (UTS), Better Access to Stolen Generations Records (Healing Foundation), and Cockatoo Island archival reviews. She collaborates with the Indigenous Archives Collective and Australian Society of Archivists.
