Professor Laura Serrant Karen Sage is a Professor of Nursing at Sheffield Hallam University. She holds the role of Chair of the Chief Nursing Officer’s Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Strategic Advisory Group in England, advocating for diversity and inclusion in healthcare. Her research focuses on enhancing communication in health and social care settings, particularly enabling marginalized voices to influence professional decision-making.
