Laura Radcliffe

Dr Laura Radcliffe is an Associate Professor (Reader) in Organisational Behaviour at the University of Liverpool Management School, holding roles since 2014. She leads in PhD training as Deputy Director of the NWSSDTP and is a key member of NARTI, overseeing regional training initiatives. Her research focuses on work-life interface, gender dynamics, and inclusive policies, using qualitative methods like diary studies. She supervises PhD students exploring topics such as same-sex couples’ work-family decisions and entrepreneurial motherhood.

Advising & Grants: Supervises 4 active PhD students and manages NWSSDTP funding allocations. Previously directed ULMS's MRes and PhD programs.

Labs/Teams: Member of the Centre for Organisational and Employee Wellbeing, collaborating with industry partners like Avenir Consulting and Shell UK.
