Laura Lee

Laura Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP), teaching at the UWSP-Marshfield campus since 2000. Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biology/Ecology from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Augustana College.

• Research Interests: Focus on active learning, high-impact teaching practices, and learning outcomes assessment.
• Committees: Member of the High Impact Practices Working Group, UWSP at Marshfield Recruitment Liaison Committee, Steering Committee, and Earth Day Planning Committee.
• Publication: Co-authored a 2020 article in College Teaching on designing and evaluating high-impact practice experiences.
