معرفی
Prof. Laura Hartmann is a Full Professor of Macromolecular Chemistry at Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf. Her research focuses on biomimetic polymers, solid-phase synthesis, and sequence-controlled polymers for biomedical applications. She leads the CRC 1093 team designing multivalent supramolecular ligands targeting protein interactions.
Education:
- PhD in Chemistry (2007), Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces
- Habilitation (2014), Freie Universität Berlin
- Diploma in Chemistry (2004), Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg
Research Interests: She pioneers monodisperse sequence-defined polymers for ligand presentation, biotechnological tools, and biomedical devices. Her work bridges polymer chemistry with supramolecular binding motifs for precision medicine.
Awards:
- Emmy Noether Fellowship (2009-2014)
Advising & Grants: Her lab focuses on synthetic platforms for biomaterials, with collaborations in the Collaborative Research Centre 1093. No explicit grants listed, but sustained research via CRC funding.
Labs/Teams: Active team within CRC 1093, specializing in precision macromolecules and supramolecular ligand design.
