Laura Graves

Laura Graves is a Professor and Professor Emeritus in the School of Business at Clark University. Her academic career has focused on organizational behavior, leadership, and sustainability. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Connecticut (1982), an M.A. in Social Psychology (1980), and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary (1977).

Her research interests include workplace motivation, work-life integration, corporate environmental sustainability, and managing diversity. She has explored topics such as virtual work strategies, pro-environmental behaviors, and the impact of leadership styles on employee outcomes. Her work emphasizes practical applications in organizational settings.

Graves has received grants from the National Science Foundation and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Foundation to study employee-organizational relationships during economic turbulence. Her publications span over three decades, addressing themes like leadership effectiveness, diversity in teams, and sustainable practices in organizations.
