Elizabeth Muniz

Elizabeth Muniz serves as an Associate Professor of Business Management in the School of Business at the University of North Texas Dallas, concurrently holding leadership roles as Director of the Career Readiness Education Program (CRED) and faculty advisor for the UNT Dallas Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Student Chapter.

• Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida

Her research centers on organizational effectiveness, entrepreneurship, diversity, staffing, rewards, career development, and workplace turnover, examining how human resource practices influence organizational outcomes and employee dynamics. This work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in modern business environments.

As CRED Director and SHRM advisor, Dr. Muniz actively shapes student career trajectories through structured readiness initiatives and professional networking opportunities within the human resources field.
