Laura E Happe

Laura E. Happe, Pharm.D., M.P.H., is a Clinical Professor and Director of the Online M.S. Program in Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. She holds editorial leadership as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Managed Care and Specialty Pharmacy (JMCP), with a circulation of over 30,000. Her expertise spans managed care pharmacy, pharmacoequity frameworks, and opioid use prevention, reflected in her authored book, *If You Give an Ox an Oxy*. Dr. Happe previously served as Chief Pharmacy Officer at Humana, where she advanced clinical pharmacy integration and research, contributing to over 70 peer-reviewed publications. She is also a Board member at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare (NC Medicaid plan).
