Laura Carr

Laura Carr is a part-time researcher at the Cognition, Ageing and Neurodegenerative Disease Laboratory (CANDL) within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at the University of Adelaide. Her work centers on molecular risk factors for neurodegenerative conditions and inflammatory pathways in brain health.

Current work emphasizes the brain's immune system as a modifiable pathway for intervention in conditions like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.
