Lars Lien

Lars Lien is a Professor at the University of Innlandet Norway within the Faculty of Social and Health Sciences, Department of Mental Health and Rehabilitation. He specializes in social medicine and psychiatry, leading the Trauma Research Group. His research focuses on mental health treatment innovations, including VR applications, global mental health equity, and comorbidity patterns in substance use and psychiatric disorders. He collaborates on projects like Skillup4Health and contributes to interdisciplinary research groups such as Health and Mastery in an Interdisciplinary Perspective and Technology for Health and Physical Activity.
