Lars Dehli is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Law, School of Health Sciences at Kristiania University of Applied Sciences. He is a clinical psychologist (M.N.P.F.) with expertise in cognitive and metacognitive therapy. His affiliations include teaching roles at Telemark University College (Cultural Psychology lecturer) and BI Norwegian Business School (Supervisor in Organizational Psychology). He co-founded companies like Memento Studier (cognitive therapy training) and UpPsych (digital mental health tools).
Education: Clinical psychology from University of Oslo and UC Berkeley. Further training at the National Institute of Cognitive Therapy. Awards include the Bjørn Christiansen Memorial Prize (2009) for an article on cognitive therapy co-authored with Torkil Berge.
Research interests focus on therapeutic approaches for anxiety, dissociation, chronic fatigue, and stress.
