Larry Halperin

Larry Halperin is an Adjunct Professor at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, and serves as Co-Office Leader of the New York Office at Chapman and Cutler LLP. He holds a B.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
