**Larisa G. Bowman** is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Iowa College of Law and inaugural Court Innovation Fellow at Stanford Law School’s Deborah L. Rhode Center. She holds a BA from Brown University (2003) and a JD from Stanford Law School (2009). After clerking for judges in Massachusetts, she focused on housing law, advocating for low-income tenants and supervising students in clinical programs like the Stanford Community Law Clinic and Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
