Dr. Lara Thynne is a Lecturer in Management at Swinburne University of Technology's School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on Human Resource Management challenges in healthcare sectors, particularly addressing workplace stress, paramedic well-being, shiftwork fatigue, and occupational violence. She employs inductive research methods to create actionable solutions for organizations. Current projects emphasize paramedic work environments and retirement transition policies.
