Dr. Lanita Winata is a Senior Lecturer at Griffith University's Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics since 2005. She holds a PhD from Griffith University, MBA from Western Michigan University, and Bachelor's from Gadjah Mada University.
Her research focuses on performance management systems integrating cultural factors, sustainability governance, and business-IT alignment. She has published in top-tier journals including British Accounting Review and Journal of Business Research.
Winata developed a PhD supervision methodology enabling timely completions, earning recognition through Griffith University's Best Thesis medal. She regularly conducts international workshops on research methodology and performance management for organizations including Austrade and Asian Productivity Organisation.
