Lakelyn E. Taylor is a Postdoctoral Associate (classified as Researcher) at the University of Vermont's Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources, affiliated with the Cooperative Institute of Research to Operations in Hydrology (CIROH). She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Communication, M.A. in Human Communication, and B.S. in Communication and Spanish.
