LIU Zihan is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB), Singapore Management University (SMU). Previously, they held an Assistant Professor position at the College of Business and Management, University of Illinois Springfield (2023–2025), where they received the Scholar of the Year Award in 2024.
