Prof. LIU Hui is Chair Professor and Director of the Art Center at Southern University of Science and Technology. A national teaching master and tenor singer, he has made significant contributions to Chinese folk vocal music education, serving as doctoral supervisor and holding leadership roles in major artistic institutions including Liaoning Musicians Association and Chinese Ethnic Vocal Art Research Association.
