Dr. LIM Shi Ying is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at the National University of Singapore (NUS School of Computing). She holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin, an M.P.H. in Health Management from Yale University, and a B.A. in Molecular & Cell Biology (Immunology) and Economics from UC Berkeley. Her research focuses on digital entrepreneurship, healthcare IT, and computational social science, emphasizing strategic reorientations in nascent ventures and digital artifact impacts. She has been recognized with teaching awards and nominations for best papers at ICIS and HICSS.
