Dr. Léa Braud is a Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zurich's Sustainable Food Processing Laboratory within the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health. Her work focuses on advancing Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA) methodologies, particularly for microalgae-based systems and prospective environmental evaluations.
