Kylie T. Gougler is a Lecturer in Music at Wartburg College, where she teaches applied voice and aural skills. She has previously held teaching roles at Clarke University, Waldorf University, and Luther College.

Dr. Gougler specializes in Czech opera and art song, with over a decade of advocacy and performance experience. She founded The Czech Art Song Initiative and manages the American International Czech and Slovak Voice Competition, aiming to expand it into a festival.
In 2011, she won the American semifinals of the Czech and Slovak International Voice Competition and competed in the international finals in Montreal. She also serves as Secretary/Treasurer and Auditions Coordinator for the Iowa Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
