Kylah Clark-Goff, Ph.D., serves as Assistant Dean of Educator Preparation Programs and directs Baylor’s Office of Professional Practice at Baylor University. As an Associate Clinical Professor, she teaches future educators and acts as a liaison between Baylor and local school districts to enhance student experiences and institutional partnerships.
- Graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Education (1995)
- Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis on ESL and multicultural education
- Worked in U.S. and international education settings, including Texas, Maryland, Mozambique, and Jordan
- Joined Baylor School of Education in 2023 after teaching at Tarleton State University and Howard Payne University
Her research focuses on curriculum development, multicultural education, and ESL pedagogy, informed by extensive practical experience in elementary and informal education. She has held leadership roles in educator preparation programs and emphasizes collaboration with school districts to improve training frameworks.
