Dr. Krystal L. Williams is an Associate Professor of Higher Education in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is the Director and Principal Investigator of the Education Policy and Equity Research Collective (Ed_PERC), which explores issues of race and public policy with a focus on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and broadening participation in STEM fields for marginalized groups.
